About Palmetto Credentialing

Navigating the world of behavioral health credentialing is not always easy. There are processes that must be followed, rules that are expected to be known, documents that must be filed on time and so much more. This process requires a lot of your time, but that is where I come in.

My name is Sarah and I have been part of the credentialing world for over 13 years. I work with providers all over the nation and hope that you will allow me to help you with this journey.

My goal is to provide you with a seamless process from start to finish; allowing you to spend time on your clients, not on the paperwork. During this process, I will take care of all new provider enrollment applications and supplemental materials required by private and state insurance panels. Once you become in-network, provider maintenance and post credentialing services are also offered. I am committed to providing you with trustworthy, knowledgeable service at a personal level.

When a provider is classified as in-network, an insurance member benefits greatly. The availability of services is increased and a provider is able to reach a larger audience through referrals. It is this level of thinking that created Palmetto Credentialing. I wanted to help independent and small office providers who may not have the time to navigate insurance on their own, or the resources to hire big credentialing firms. I believe that these services should be obtainable and realistic to the everyday behavioral health provider.
